I have been working with people with disabilities for 10 years. In college, I worked at a summer camp for children with behavioral and developmental disabilities. This helped me figured out what I wanted to do with her life. I have provided case management services to individuals with developmental disabilities since 2014, in both the CIP/COP waivers as well as in a managed care organization through Family Care.
